<p class="Paragraph"><help:paragraphinfo state="U" number="50" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help"/>When you edit a query for the current database table in <span class="T1">Data Source</span> view, the changes are immediately displayed. To edit a query that requires access to more than one table, right-click the query in <span class="T1">Data Source</span> view, and then choose <help:link Id="66162" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help"><span class="T1">Edit - Query</span></help:link>.</p>
<p class="Paragraph"><help:paragraphinfo state="U" number="52" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help"/>You cannot edit a database table that requires an index key or a primary key for identification of the data records, if the table definition does not contain an index key or a primary key.</p>

<p class="Paragraph"><help:paragraphinfo state="U" number="54" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help"/>You can cut, copy, and paste table fields in <span class="T1">Data Source</span> view. The Data Source browser also supports the dragging and dropping of table fields, or simple text and numbers from other <help:productname xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help">%PRODUCTNAME</help:productname> files.</p>
<p class="Paragraph"><help:paragraphinfo state="U" number="64" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help"/>You cannot drag and drop to Yes/No, binary, image, or counting table fields.</p>

<p class="Paragraph"><help:paragraphinfo state="U" number="48" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help"/>The Navigation bar also displays information about the number of records in the current table. For example, "Record 7 of 9(2)" indicates that two records (2) are selected in a table containing 9 records, and that the cursor is in record number 7.</p>
